Where Your Fee Goes
Most operators in this space charge 20–30% of your revenue and tell you nothing about where it goes. We charge a flat monthly retainer and invest a meaningful portion of it directly into technology and systems that work for your property every single day.
Platform fees (Airbnb, VRBO) are charged separately by the platforms and come out of your gross booking revenue. We do not touch your platform funds. Revenue flows directly to you.
