There are no additional charges, setup fees, or monthly minimums. The only other costs you'll have are Airbnb's standard host service fee (typically 3%) and your cleaning fees, which are passed through to guests.
No — we can start from scratch. Whether you have an existing listing we're taking over or a property that's never been listed, we handle the full setup: photography coordination, listing writing, platform account creation, pricing configuration, and everything else needed to go live.

We document property condition before and after every stay and have processes in place to file claims with Airbnb's AirCover (up to $3M in host protection) or VRBO's equivalent programs when damage occurs. We handle the entire claims process on your behalf, and we recommend you maintain a short-term rental rider on your homeowner's insurance as an additional layer of protection.
Our standard agreement is for an initial 6-month term, after which it renews month-to-month. We believe in earning your continued business — not locking you in. Either party can terminate with 30 days written notice after the initial term.
